I built hardwareai.directory as a focused directory of AI tools for hardware engineers – mechanical, aerospace, electrical, and manufacturing.

Most AI directories are generic and don’t help if you’re doing CAD, FEA/CFD, PCB design, test, or operations. This site collects only tools that are actually useful in a hardware workflow and tags them by use case (design, analysis, documentation, sourcing, simulation, etc.).

The goal is to make it easier for hardware teams to discover what’s out there, compare options quickly, and avoid wasting time on tools that aren’t built for physical products. I’m adding new tools regularly and would love suggestions for ones I’ve missed.
