It is somewhat disappointing that major European powers and the US are not represented (or only at very low level) because the Chinese victory over Japan is part of the allies victory over Japan. But the same goes when Russia is not invited to D-Day landings celebrations, etc.
Those celebrations have always been political under the veil of History.
